one thing i have forgot to mentioned is the layout of buttons i prefer layout of mackie. Esi buttons are to close to the knob. Mackie body and knob are made of steel. ESI body Knob are made of plastic.
out of ten i would buy give mackie 10 and esi 8.
where i live esi is $30 cheaper than mackie so esi is not a bad choice either.
i ended up owning two of them.
