The Jakarta International Stadium (#JIS) was built on an area of 221,000 square meters with a budget of IDR 4.08 trillion and is targeted for completion in 2021.
This stadium can later accommodate 82,000 spectators. Apart from not having an atelical track, this stadium is equipped with the first automatic open-close roof in Indonesia and there is a Sky Viewing Deck at a height of 70 meters.
JIS is the first stadium in Indonesia to use #HybridTurf grass for its pitch .
#Hybridturf grass is a mixture of natural and synthetic grass. This modern stadium makes the distance between the stands and the field closer to three levels, namely the lower tribune, middle tribune and upper tribune. JIS will also have certain facilities such as two training field facilities, a restaurant, a VIP room, and a luxurious dressing room
The construction of JIS also takes into account other supporting factors, one of which is the parking lot which can accommodate 800 cars in the VIP and VVIP parking lots which will later be intended for football players and 100 buses in the parking lot.
#StadionJIS will later be passed by train, LRT, and MRT lines. This is because in the vicinity of the stadium a number of public and social facilities will be built that prioritize arts, culture and the environment
