A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the extradition suit filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, seeking to surrender Kyari to the United States of America to face fraud charges.
The judge, Justice Inyang Ekwo, said Malami is responsible for the failure of the case, by instituting the extradition proceedings, despite the pending criminal case against Kyari in Nigeria.
