Pizza Sandwich
Ingredients for Chicken Topping:
Oil 3 tbsp
Boneless chicken chunks 500 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Creamy Vegetable Mixture:
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Sweet corn 1 cup
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Bread slices as required
Pizza sauce as required
Prepared chicken as required
Mozzarella + cheddar cheese (shredded) as required
Creamy vegetable mixture as required
Capsicum (chopped) as required
Black olives (chopped) as required
Oregano as required
Red chili flakes as required
Directions for Chicken Toppings Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt and cook until its fully done.
Directions for Creamy Vegetable Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add onion, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corn, Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, Black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Take a bread slice, spread pizza sauce, add a layer of chicken, cheese and place a bread slice.
4. Add layer of creamy vegetable mixture and place a bread slice. Spread pizza sauce, cheese and add capsicum, black olives and sprinkle oregano, red chili flakes.
5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7-8 mins. Your Pizza Sandwich is ready.
