Using Fakes to Set Up Combinations
I'm often asked, "what are some good combinations?" While throwing a combination is better than a single punch or kick, landing a combination requires set-up. Faking is an effective way to set up your combinations, as well as interrupt your opponent's efforts.
In this video with Brentin Mumford, we cover the foundations of a convincing fake and will expand upon other options after faking in the next few videos.
