We started by going to the market to buy supplies for a chicken adobo and then we rang our filipino friend from the uk and he helped us by telling us his mums recipe. All we needed was chicken breast, garlic,soy saurce, salt, sugar and pepper.
Chicken adobo is the most well known and popular filipino dish and cody nailed her adobo to perfection. It tasted exactly like a authentic Philippines chicken adobo. Perhaps we can start to cook much more Filipino food in the future.
