Lemon Ginger Rasam, a tasty Rasam recipe fully loaded with flavor of Lemon and Ginger. We don't add tamarind, instead we use Tomato and Lemon for the sourness of the Rasam. Quick and easy rasam and can be served with any stir-fry vegetable and fries. This is called as south Indian soup which can be used as immune booster
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Toor Dal (Pigeon pea)
2 Tomato
5 Green Chili adjust to your spice level
1 inch Ginger
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Whole pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Lemon big
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
3 cups Water
Salt adjust to your taste
Coriander Leaves finelly chopped
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few Curry leaves
