Having a simple shoulder prehab routine that helps to balance the bad postures people have all day is a must.
In this simple shoulder routine, there are 4 different movements we do:
1. arms out straight and coming down by sides
2. arms out straight and going straight out
3. arm circles
4. arm circles the other way
I like to do 10 of each, but if you have to do less until you build up a bit of endurance, do less.
I don't want the shoulder blade locked down during these movements, especially the circles. Normal shoulder motion involves the shoulder blade moving and too many people are locking down the shoulder blades!
