High Falls, in Bucks County's Ringing Rocks Park, is the tallest waterfall in southeastern Pa. The waterfall generally flows at a modest clip but can swell to a fierce torrent after heavy rains. On this day - Christmas day, a combination of snow melt and heavy rains led to a dramatic display here at the falls. The actual main attraction of the park is the boulder field of ringing rocks that create bell like tones when struck with a hammer. This is a super easy, short hike of about a mile or less, that's great for kids. One can spend anywhere from half an hour to half a day exploring this unique park.
