Kpomo/ Cow skin/ Kanda ( Quantity preferred)
3 bell peppers (Green, yellow and red)
3 scotch bonnet Onion,
1 Maggi
Ginger and Curry power
1/4 sunflower oil
Crafish
1/2 tsp of salt
