Today, I made one of my favorite pasta, linguine pescatore flavored with Calabrian chili butter! There are of three versions of pescatore that I enjoy and this is one of them!

The heat, acidity and aroma of Calabrian chili completes this dish. I enjoyed it so much, I told myself I would put it on the menu if I were to open a restaurant :)
