In this video I’ll be sharing with you how I make coconut milk rice.
The ingredients for this recipe are:
4cups basmati rice
2cans Goya coconut milk
Diced bell peppers(red, yellow & orange)
Medium size onions and green onions
2TBSP coconut oil
Salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste.
This rice is very delicious and easy to make. Hope you enjoy!
