The Constitutional Court has found that President Cyril Ramaphosa's decision to suspend Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane was rational. In a unanimous judgment delivered virtually on Thursday, the apex court upheld the DA and the President's appeal applications against the Western Cape High Court order.
