Pancakes 🥞 #Shorts
They are high protein, low carb and taste amazing 🤤
What you need:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Cottage cheese (I used low fat)
2 eggs
1 tbsp melted butter unsalted
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
How to make them:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, pour into a pan on medium low with butter. Cook for a few mins on each side & enjoy!
This is easily the best healthy pancake recipe I’ve ever made 🙌
