The primary purpose of my Cooking Module is to boil water for water purification and hot meal preparation. The entire module is based around the Solo Stove Ultralight Wood Burning Backpacking Cook System. It is a fantastic cooking system that works perfectly for an emergency kit; Renewable fuel source, efficient heating, nested storage system and beneficial add-on accessories. It is shockingly surprising how little wood you need to boil water using this system.
