I'm going to be giving an introduction to Linux and to hacking by doing a live walkthrough of a capture the flag (CTF) exercise called Bandit from Over the Wire. I'll be going a full walkthrough of all the levels from level 1 to level 33.

This training will show you the solutions to all of the levels of Over the Wire: Bandit while also allowing you to listen in on my thought process when addressing these different challenges. Hopefully, this will allow you to learn something about how Linux works and get an introduction in how hacking and penetration testing works. This exercise teaches some of the base skills that are needed to start learning the world of cyber security.
