"Mark Hani" refuses that Standardized tests are considered to be effective in measuring the student's abilities as it measures only the studied subjects with the materials' content covered in the books.
On the other hand, "Ahmed Abdulazeem" totally agrees that Standardized tests are effective in measuring the student's abilities as when he studies the subjects and books' content his brain works and makes changes in his mindset, mentality, and way of thinking in various aspects of life situations.
