Judge Rebecca Burton had us kicked out of the people’s courtroom when someone muttered the words “closed hearing”. On case number D-13-481723-C/ Cole Cloninger defendant vs. Heather Schonewald plaintiff. This case was illegally closed, solely because of our presence. After we did our own independent investigation Cole Cloninger wife stated that Heather Schonewald original lawyer who filed and represented her, are romantically involved and may have been prior to the case being opened
