Improving your singles game is not easy. This badminton video tutorial will show you one 1v1 exercise that you can use at your next training session.
The exercise is one playing ONLY being allowed to play straight shots, the other player can play both straight and cross court.
The purpose behind this is one having to feel safe being under pressure, while the other player practices his/hers court control.
