1. Make sure you have the myPOS Mobile app installed and updated to the latest version
2. Allow push notifications from both the myPOS app and the settings of your phone
3. Log in to your myPOS account via the mobile app
4. Once your email and password are entered, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
5. Enter the 4-digits password you’ve just received and confirm.
6. Then choose your own short passcode that you will use to access the app if you haven’t set one already.
7. At this point you will be offered the fingerprint option to access the app if your mobile phone supports it. Enable or skip.
8. And you’re all set!
Next time you log in to your myPOS account via the website, or you perform an action requiring authorisation, we will send a push notification to your myPOS Mobile app asking to authorise the login/ operation.
