Imli Wala Chana Chaat / املی والا چنا چاٹ / Tamarind Chickpeas Salad /Tangy and Spicy /Quick & Easy

Ingredients ;

- Boiled Chickpeas = 3 cannot or 3.5 cups
- Boiled Potatoes Cut into cubes = 4
- Tomatoes finely Chopped = 2 large
- Green chillies sliced = 4-5
- Sliced Onions = 3 large
( Add 1 tsp of salt to sliced onion rubb for 1 minute then leave it a side for 5 minutes. After that rinse onion with water nicely and squeeze out all the water. Now onions are ready to use )

- Tamarind = 1/2 cups
( soak Tamarind in 1 cup of warm water for half hour, now rub dried Tamarind well to release all the pulp. Strain with strainer . Add half glass of water to the residual rub again to extract all pulp. Strain again and now Tamarind pulp is ready to use)

Spices;

- Chaat Masala = 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder = 1tsp

No need to add any salt if you are using Tamarind that already contains salt. If Tamarind that u are using for making pulp contain no salt then add 1 tsp of salt or as per taste.
