She outlines both direct financial subsidies and indirect promotion methods, highlighting a comprehensive municipal promotion strategy that includes demanding, promoting, and informing. The current state of funding opportunities in Germany is also presented.
Pavel Dostal addresses the benefits of green roofs and walls, which are often privately funded despite their societal advantages. His presentation explores the need for regulation and incentivization of building greening at municipal and national levels.
