This week, Turkey marks a year since the coup attempt in July 2016 that left more than 250 people dead and two thousand others injured. The Turkish government says the prime suspect is the Fethullah Terrorist Organisation. The group is headed by US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen who claims that his organisation is merely a social welfare network that promotes education, interfaith harmony and a moderate, non-violent Sufi brand of religion. But former members and experts say the reality is very different. TRT World's Hasan Abdullah reports.
