Actress and former Member of Parliament Suborna Mustafa was stopped at Shahjalal International Airport’s immigration and sent back while attempting to travel to Thailand. The incident was confirmed by a senior immigration police officer on Saturday (November 30).Reportedly, Suborna Mustafa arrived at the airport intending to board a Thai Airways flight to Bangkok. However, she was intercepted by immigration police.A senior immigration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, stated, "Suborna Mustafa was not allowed to proceed. She, along with Badrul Anam Saud, arrived at the airport in the morning to board Bangladesh Airlines flight BG-388 bound for Bangkok. Both completed check-in and immigration procedures and were waiting in the lounge to board the flight when the decision was made to stop them."
