You might have a Tefal Fresh Express and are wondering if the parts are compatible with the Homemaker Salad Chute Processor from Kmart.

The answer is yes and no. Disappointingly, the blade attachments, while having the same physical size and options, but different colours, unfortunately have a different locking mechanism so cannot be directly swapped between the two.
However, you can use the blade attachments between the two providing you swap the 'chute' part as well.

This could be especially useful if the Tefal Fresh Express motor has broken down, then attachments (if they are not damaged) from the Tefal can be used on the Homemaker Salad Chute and you will have spares.
On the other hand, if you find the Tefal blade attachments have worn and plastic has started to deteriorate and you're a brand snob, you could get the Homemaker for $25 with a whole new set of attachments and use them on the Tefal Fresh Express.
Or just throw away the Tefal and use the Homemaker. :)

If you have both you will see a difference in the quality of the plastic, joins etc. but one is $25 and still comes with a 12 month warranty.
