Alan Woods, editor of In Defence of Marxism (marxist.com), speaks at the 2014 Congress of the International Marxist Tendency, held in July/August. He starts by commemorating the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the First International. He continues by arguing, that we are in the midst of the most turbulent time in human history. He deals at great length with the events in the Ukraine and Israel's criminal attack on Gaza.
