Hundreds of protesters came out in force in front of the Governor's Office at Adelup this afternoon against a proposal to build the Fujita Culvert to mitigate the flooding in Tumon. Environmental enthusiasts young and old are protesting the gravity bay outlet because they believe this culvert will send unfiltered, polluted storm water directly into the bay through Fujita Beach.

Some of the protesters were able to meet with Governor Eddie Calvo to share their concerns.
