Marinade
2: Naartjies,
4 clove: Garlic
5 slice: Ginger, Fresh
1tsp: Hibiscus Salt,
1/2 cup: Hibiscus Tea
1/2: Onion
Blend all together
Reduce a little on the stove with honey or sugar
Add
1 sprig: Thyme, Fresh
2 tbsp: Honey
1/4 tsp: Black pepper, Freshly Ground
3/4 tsp: pomegranate Salt
1 tbsp: Olive oil
