Kent Moore is leading the Canadian contingent of the Greenland Flow Distortion experiment. Part of the International Polar Year initiative, his research aims to provide the first evidence of Greenland's role in the distortion of atmospheric flow around its massive land and ice mass. With further data, scientists hope to clarify the climate processes affecting Greenlands glaciers. Learn more about the important work Moore is doing in Atmospheric Physics at U of T Mississauga.
