Update: As of Sakai-20, LTI 2.0 is no longer supported in Sakai. The marketplace in general is deprecating the use of LTI 2.0 - Sakai was one of the first and best implementations of LTI 2.0 but as of 2019, the future belongs to LTI Advantage.
