Pelviureteric Junction (PUJ) obstruction | dilatation of the pelvicalyceal system | Hydronephrosis
Liver: Normal in size. Minimal diffuse increase in hepatic echogenicity with normal visualization of the diaphragm and intrahepatic vessel borders.
No focal hyper or hypo-echoic lesion is seen in the liver. Intrahepatic portion of IVC is normal. The portal vein is normal. Porta-hepatis is normal.
Gall bladder: Normal in size and contour. Wall thickness is within normal limits. No Evidence of echogenic structures or biliary sludge is seen within the gallbladder.
Intrahepatic biliary radicals and common ducts are not dilated. The internal diameter of CBD and that of the portal vein are within normal limits.
Pancreas: Is normal in size and shape. Parenchyma shows normal echotexture. The Main Pancreatic duct is not dilated.
Spleen: This is normal in size. It is uniform in echotexture. No focal lesion is seen in the spleen.
Right kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.16 cm
The cortex & medulla are well differentiated. Central echo complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected.
Left Kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.23 cm
Central echo complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected. There is dilatation of the pelvicaliceal system.
Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening was seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen.
Uterus: Is normal in size and anteverted in position.
Endometrium: Normal in thickness. 5.5 mm corresponds to her phase of menstruation Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion was seen in the myometrium.
Both Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity.
Cul-de-Sac: Free from any fluid collection.
Mild fatty infiltration of the Liver (Grade 1)
Mild hydronephrosis left kidney
