Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 2 months.
- Pervaginal bleeding.
- Severe lower abdominal pain.
- H/o using abortifacient drugs.

Ultrasound Features:
An irregular distorted gestational sac is noted within the lower uterine cavity without any yolk sac or embryo.
