Garden see-saw water feature fountain | How to make

Water-fueled see-saw with PVC "men", working by the heaviness of the water in the high side of the see-saw tube bringing down that side, making a moving ball close the water supply to that side, along these lines beginning to fill the new high side. Cycle rehashes naturally.
