This video is probably the most awaiting video on YouTube in 2023. This video is about blind tasting of five of the largest Champagne houses, including Veuve Cliquot, Moët & Chandon, G.H. Mumm, Taittanger, and Piper-Heidsieck. Each wine was tasted blind by five wine judges: Anna Cabera from Las Tapas de Lola and La Gordita Restaurants in Dublin, Mark Donohoe head of wine at Classic Drinks Ireland, Morgan VanderKamer president of Irish Guild of Sommelier, Anke Carmen Hartmann best sommelier of Ireland 2022 and Luca Marzio owne of Rosa Madre Restaurant Dublin.
Each judge had 25 minutes to taste each Champagne blind and score the wine according to Robert Parker's 100-point wine rating scale.
