After 3 years of dedicated training (and many more attempts before that) I've finally achieved the iron cross on rings. I'm incredibly proud of myself as it has been a huge challenge with many obstacles along the way.
There were a lot of times where I was frustrated with the lack of progress I seemed to be making but kept going regardless and achieved it a few months before turning 30.
Turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks!
