3 cl / 1 oz Agave Spirit
10 cl / 3.5 oz Dry Tonic Water
1,5 cl / 0.5 oz Grapefruit Syrup
Pinch Of Salt

Fill a highball glass with ice, add agave spirit of your choice and fill up with dry tonic water. Top with grapefruit syrup, add a pinch of salt, give it a gentle stir and use a rosemary spring for garnish.

This may not be the ordinary Paloma cocktail recipe you know, on the other hand, we didn't use an ordinary base for this either ;)
Selva Negra (which means 'Black Forest') is the first agave spirit made in Germany with a taste going into the direction of a Mezcal.
The agave that is used therefore is called "Salmeane" and is characterized by its delicate floral taste while the typical smoky flavor comes from domestic woods and the significant aroma of the Black Forest spruce.
Of course, this recipe also works with the common mezcals and tequilas from your home bar, and since not everyone necessarily has grapefruit lemonade on hand, it offers an uber-tasty alternative just by combining tonic with grapefruit syrup.
