This is Bubo-2T the robotic Owl (based on Bubo from Clash of the Titans). It has a Raspberry Pi 4 inside that can detect hand gestures (its eye is also a camera) and can tweet pictures if you make the peace sign in front of it.
The mouth and eye servos are connected to a Pimoroni Servo 2040, which is perfect for this kind of project, the Adafruit Neopixel rings are also connected to the Servo 2040 and use the Pimoroni Plasma libraries to animate.
