On Stuart's birthday, June 3, 2011, we went to see our friend Ashley (as Elimire -the "lusty wife") at the tiny Zombe Joe underground theater in a production of Turbo Tartuffe. Turbo is right, it was a laser speed one hour version of the 16th century Tartuffe by Molière which usually runs 3 hours. It was raucous good fun.
We were full of energy and hungry so we headed to The Great Greek, Stuart surrounded by four stunning women for his birthday, Lina, Catherine, Linda and moi. We were one of the last tables to be seated and thankful for the hospitality and the wonderful live music Greek music that was still going. So the singing and dancing began... Lina, Catherine and Linda turned into Greek Muppets. All that was missing was Zorba...
