From Vietnam, I spent few weeks in Singapore & Malaysia with friends and then booked my flights to Bali after 6 years again. This time with a more seasoned mindset. I spent most of my time in Central Bali riding scooter to random locations on the map, because that is truly the #1 thing to do in Bali.

In this video, I stay in Ubud in a nice hotel for just 18$, take an early morning ride to the famous Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Campuhan Ridge Walk. Next Day I go on a 150km road trip to Tirta Empul Temple, Penglipuran Village, Besakih Great Temple and everything in between. If you can ignore the scams, it's a day very well spent in central Bali covering the most essential non-beach bits of Bali.
