This was the end of the Inka Empire in South America! We go back to 1532 when the "Battle of Cajamarca" took place. An important event in the Spanish conquest of the Americas.

Occurring in Inka territory in Peru, Francisco Pizarro and his army met the Inka king, Atahualpa, at Cajamarca. Pizzaro dominated due to technological differences and more sophisticated military strategies. This battle ended with the capture of Atahualpa.
