Today, we will be using a tech lantorch set that was inspired by Pwuffey's Lantot set. It was a set that pivots, and final ruses a loomian, before using sendoff to heal a teammate. This set is Lantot, but faster, hits harder, and it has double pivot. Lets see how it does in battle.
