Whether it's high school, college or graduate school, now is the time to get ready for the upcoming school year. Large life transitions always come with both joys and challenges, and this can be especially true for people with IBD.
We are honored to have Neha Shah, MPH, RD, CNSC, CHES as one of our speakers for this event!
Neha has been specializing in gastroenterology and hepatology for over 15 years. She initially began her career as an inpatient dietitian at Stanford Health Care, counseling patients by bedside recovering from gastrointestinal surgery. She later came into the Digestive Health Center there to inaugurate and build Nutrition Services for all programs within the GI and Liver Clinics. There, she co-led the development of the outpatient Nutrition Support and Intestinal Rehabilitation programs to streamline specialized medical and nutrition care to those on home nutrition support and with intestinal failure. She also served as the Intestinal Transplant dietitian to provide pre-and post-transplant care.
She is now at University of California, San Francisco, specializing in GI, IBD, and intestinal rehabilitation. Neha also owns a GI and liver nutrition private practice, Neha Shah Nutrition, with the intent to bring specialized nutrition care to the community.
This webinar is great for high school and college students, parents and providers who treat patients with IBD.
