Walking is one of the best ways to combat chronic pain and boost your mood. When we’re in pain, we don’t move and because we don’t move, we’re in pain. Walking Well breaks down gait mechanics (walking) into small pieces that feed your body the nutrients it needs to help you become stronger, balance better and be more confident. The rolling techniques wash away years of tension to help you move with ease.
This Fourteen Segment Online Course Contains:
- Six therapeutic roll-out sessions with Jill that support the movement and gait lessons (approx. 25 minutes each)
- Six exercise sessions with Katy, each addressing a movement pattern or area of the body used in walking (approx. 25 minutes each)
- Two bonus “short flow” sessions; one with Jill and one with Katy (approx. 15 minutes each)
Plus a “gait test” for each section of the program to help you assess your progress, along with a "walking homework assignment" to assist in integrating your new skills.
