The ZT (Zero Tolerance) fairing had to be:
-Lighter than the competition 😊.
-- Suitable to fit closer around the bigger tanks (Touring and all newer bikes) and close to the forks NOT in front of them (Aerodynamics)😲.
-Accommodate for modern electronics (Because you don’t run an 8 track or a cassette player.)🙄
-Full size 7” media head unit, GPS etc.. Is standard equipment in 2021
-Industries biggest speakers so you’re NOT looking for places to put them.(designed to fit 6.5” not 4” , will take 7” without them looking like the DON’T belong🙅.
- Out of the way switch panel (Lighter, 2xUSB, switch for fog lights).
These are some of the features you asked for, more will be covered in future vids.
This is not your grandfathers FXR fairing(80’s) recast in now obsolete weighted open mold fiberglass🙈.
This is re-engineering the Popular FXRD to perform today!
