Brood X The 17 Year Periodical Cicada, Magicicada sp. is about to emerge in the billions in 2021 across over more than 200 counties in at least 12 states. Billions of exit burrows will be appear well in advance of the actual emergence carefully and discretely prepared and coordinated by the larva during the spring of their 17th year. This phenomena is unique on the planet earth. In this video I will tell you their natural history "story" and show you how to identify these holes from other organisms that might make holes in ground, how to find them, and what these cicada larva are doing now.
