This is a video walk-through of home coffee roasting using cheap peanut @ coffee roasting. The entire process takes about 10 minutes. I have been using this roaster for more than 2 years already.
Things I find about the coffee roaster:
(a) the heating element does not go up to temperature if it runs too long;
(b) no back to back roasting, have to wait for the roaster to completely cool
(c) the cover must be on all the time to get the best heat retention
(d) maximum roast of 200 gm green beans to get best even roast
(e) limited control of the temperature setting. I usually set at the maximum only due to its limitation.
