The Strand is a multi laned road running along the waterside in Liverpool behind the 3 Graces buildings and the Pier Head behind, this narrow lane has been created , to a high quality of workmanship, but with no greenery eg grass.
All the junctions appear to be beg to cross button controlled not sensors like car drivers have.
At the start at James street it just finishes at a high kerb, so a serious risk to cyclists not seeing it and suffering serious injuries, why no ramp etc, also the junction to cross the Strand from James street to Pier Head has been removed, for whatever reason along with another Pedestrian crossing.
So much poetential for a great route failed by car centric planners AGAIN.
