This DAO codex entry is found in Redcliffe. At one point in the codex, it says that Orlais "sprawled over much of the south of Thedas and controlled both Ferelden and what is now Nevarra." This doesn't make that much sense in current lore- but it could be referring to a few cities that Nevarra now controls that were once Orlesian.
