Here’s a Pro Tip that you can use to improve your Recruitment Marketing and employer branding strategy.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has a recruiting initiative that uses our employees to answer candidates' questions. These are rich, authentic discussions that the job candidates have on a one-to-one basis with our employees.
This video example shows Eve, one of our employees who is answering a question about: What is the pressure like working at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners? This is a really common question we get. What Eve does is she responds really honestly. She talks about some of the challenges that she sometimes faces, but also some of the support and the practical tips that you can use to actually counter any challenges you have. She authentically does not tell everybody that everything is perfect.
In another example, Faruk is also joining in the conversation and thinks he can build on it. So you get a little bit of multiple responses making the candidate feel even more special.
