Many people ask me when I think is the best and worst time to trade…

That’s hard to answer since there are many factors to consider.

It all depends on your experience level, your personal schedule, your time zone, your broker, and your preferred strategy.

But I can talk about my own trading and many of my top students’ trading.

Don’t use this video lesson as the bible for the “best” trading times because these times might not work out for you.

Use it more as a loose guide to help you understand which trading setups work best for specific times.

In general, OTC stocks — or penny stocks — don’t trade after hours or premarket…

And I believe that’s their biggest advantage.

You don’t have to watch the market overnight or while you’re trying to eat dinner. It’s easier to deal with if you understand how to trade these stocks.

So based on that information, day trading works best in my opinion. And the most common trading hours are where I think you should focus — 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time.

But to get even more specific … you can narrow that down to hours that typically see more action.

Since we’re looking to trade volatile stocks, we’re looking for the hours where there’s more volatility. I’ll tell you more in the video.

I’ll also get into what I think about trading premarket and after hours.
